The Application of Incidence Degree Analysis In study of the Epidemic Disease.

摘要 本文介绍了关联度分析及其在流行病研究中的应用。通过对钩体病发病率时间序列资料进行分析,明确了各影响因素与发病率的关联程度依次为:鼠带菌率x_3>鼠密度x_2>流行服节降雨显x_4>人群血清抗体阳性率x_1。该方法具有所需样本量小,无需典型的概率分布,计算简单,易于被基层防疫人员所掌握等优点,是流行病监测中的有用工具。 Incidence degree analysis and the application in study of epidemic desease. pass by analysis of means in time series of the leptospirosis incidence rate, leave each other of incidemic degree of kow affect factors and the it incidence rate: Mouses Corry rate X3>mouses density X2> rainfall of epidemic Seasons X4> immunity rate of peoples X1. The advantages of this method were: a few sample was needed; no need of typidal probability distribution data; easy counting; easy to master for epidemic prevenic worker of basic level. So this method was a valuable tool, for epidemic disease.
