摘要
Logistic模型已经广泛用于医学研究中,但未见用于静脉输液外渗的报导。本文阐述了用Logistic模型分析静脉输液外渗病人多因素资料的基本原理,建立了一个具有5项指标的数学预测模型(α=0.01),回代判别符合率为71.27％,为静脉输液外渗的深入研究提供了一种新方法。
The logistic model has been generally applied in the medical research, however, it had not been found the report that logistic regression was used in the intravenous infusion extravasation.This paper has illustrated the basic principle of appling the logistic model to analyse the multivariate data of intravenous infusion extravasation. A logistic regression model with 5 variables was established (α = 0. 01 ), the agreement rate of discriminant analysis was 71. 2%. A new method is presented for further study in venous transfusion exudution.
