本文给出系统＝（ｙ），＝－ｇ（ｘ）－ｆ（ｘ）ｙ条件较弱的极限环唯一性定理。

In this paper,we present unioueness theorem of limit cycle of system =(y),=-g(x)-f(x)y. The result improves and extends the result in [1].
