轮虫中的氮向鲢、鳙鱼苗体内迁移规律的初步研究

摘要 稳定性同位素15N示踪研究表明,在实验室条件下,轮虫体内氮向鲢、鳙鱼苗体内的迁移速率随温度升高而增大,且向鲢苗的速率高于鳙苗;人工光照时,轮虫体氮向两种鱼苗的迁移率连续上升,无昼夜变化,并且向鲢苗的速率亦高于鳙苗;水温21℃时,鲢、鳙鱼苗对轮虫氮的利用率分别为82.23%和82.98%,无显著差异。 Abstract Using stable isotope tracer 15N,nitrogen moving rate frombrachionus into the bodies of silver carp and bighead carp wasstudied under the laboratory conditions.When water temperature rose ,the moving ratios from bra-chionus into two fry increased while the silver carp was obvious-ly higher than bighead carp. Under continuous additional light(100Lux),the moving ratios of brachionus N to fry was acceler-ated within 24 hours. There was no changs at day and night.uti-lizational ratios of brachionus N for silver carp and bighead carpwere 82.23%and 82.98%respectly, when water temperaturewas 21 ℃.
