未成熟雌辎鱼血液和肝脏中与卵巢发育有关的生化成份测量 被引量:2

The determination of the components related with the developing ovary in the blood and liver of immature Mugil cephatus

摘要 运用多种生物化学方法测量未成熟雌鲻鱼血液和肝脏中与卵巢发育有关的若干生化成份。采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法分析血清蛋白,等离子发射光谱(ICP)测定血清钙、磷含量,以蒽酮比色定糖法测定肝脏糖原含量,索氏提取法测定肝脏粗脂防含量,苔黑酚法测定肝脏RNA含量。实验结果表明:上列成份在未成熟鲻鱼体内是相对稳定的,且在雌雄鱼间无显著差异。 This paper is on the determination of the components related with the development of the ovary in the blood and liver of immature Mugil oepholus by using several experimental techniques. Polyacylamide gel electrophoresis was used for analysing serum proteins; ICP for determining the quantities of serum calcium amd phosphorus; Anthrone reaction for determining the quantity of liver glycogen;Soxhlet extraction for determining the liver crude fat; Orcinol reaction for determining the quantity of liver RNA. The results of the experiments show that the quantities of the compontents listed above are relatively stable in immature Mugil cephalus and there are no significant differences between the males and females.
