提出了用国产异相离子交换膜处理赤泥碱液的几个重要性能参数和经济数据。给出了ＯＨ－、ＣＯ２－３、ＳＯ２－４和ＡｌＯ－２通过阴膜的迁移规律。对Ａｌ（ＯＨ）３和ＮａＡｌ（ＣＯ３）２等沉积物的产生与控制进行了讨论。

This peper presents some Performance parameters and economic data on concentrating alkalineliqour ftom red mud and its water recovary by ED with a domestic heterogeneous ion exchange membrane. It discribes the transfer law of OH-,COt2-3,SO2-4 and AlO2 permeating the heterogeneous anion-exchange membrane, and discusses the formation of Al (OH)3, NaAI (CO3 )2 and some other sediments and their inhibitation.
