摘要
通过电化学研究、金相显微分析、XPS—AES光电子能谱及动态模拟试验,研究开发了一系列新型的以络合钨的过氧化物为主体的缓蚀阻垢剂。该药剂在水中呈现出多阴离子和氧化物特性,克服了钨酸盐氧化力较铬酸盐低的弱点,显示了对金属的缓蚀与抗氯离子孔蚀性能,同时兼备了阻垢分散与抑菌能力,由于药剂之间协同效应,运行费用降低,最后列举了高氯高盐水作为工业循环冷却水的成功应用。
In order to economize on the resource fo fresh water, a new series of peroxy-tungstosilicate (POTSS)-based water treatment agents are developed to raise cycles of water concentration or to make full use of sea water as recirculating cooling water.Usually the oxidizing protential of tungstate is weaker than that of chromate, yet those agents present the characteristic of polyanion and peroxyide in water. So they can solve the above problem successfully.In cooling water with high Cl-/salt content, they not only have the anti-pitting ability to mild steel, stainless steel and the inhibition of scale and bacteria, but also cost low in operations with no toxicity to environment. Therefore, the broad prospect of POTSS-based agents in the field of recirculation cooling water treatment meets gereral approval.
