摘要
本文介绍三醋酸纤维素(CTA)富氧膜的制备方法,探讨N2—O2分离过程中某些操作参数对分离结果的影响。初步研究结果表明,在较佳制膜工艺条件下,如含水的反渗透膜分别经过乙醇、汽油的浸泡、干燥等处理,可以获得实用性富氧膜,一级富氧浓度大于42%,渗透率大于0.5×10-5cm3(STP)/cm2.s.cmHg。
This paper describes the process for preparing enriching oxygen membrane from CTA, and investigates some parameters that influence on O, --N, separation. The primary results showed that the oxygen enrichments of membranes had a flux of oxygen enriched air at 0. 5 × 10--5 cm3(STP)/cm2. s. cmHg and oxygen concentration 42 % in one step under 0. 7 MPa, at room temperature.
