摘要
介绍了国产滤芯用于核电站放射性废液过液器可行性的实验研究情况。选择国产标准黄土尘作摸拟悬浮物,采用5μm核孔膜作过滤介质,重量法测定滤芯去除5μm以上粒径悬浮物的分离效率。过滤实验采用循环回路试验法。实验结果表明,国家海洋局杭州水处理技术开发中心研制的PP型百褶裙滤芯可满足核电站各种放射性废水的过滤要求,烧结PE微孔管可用于制作复用性放射性废液过滤器,适于处理含悬浮物浓度较高的放射性废液,通过排渣再生,大大延长使用寿命。
The paper will make an introduction of the bench-scale research process on filter fisibilityused for radioactive liquid waste filtering of a NPS (Nuclear Power Station),in which the filtersare made of the filter elements made in China.A standard loess dust made in China is utilized as a simulative suspension of filtering test,inwhich 5 μm nuclear porous membrane is used as a filtering medium and the gravimetric method isadopted to determine the filtering efficiency of filter elements for removing of suspended particleswith more than 5 μm size.The filtering test had been developed with a recycle loop and the results showed that the PP-cartridges which are developed and made by the Development Center ofwater Treatment Technology, SOA, Hangzhou,culd meet the needs of radioactive liquid wastefiltering process of NPS and the sintered microporous PE-tube could be used to make the reusablefilter of radioactive liquid wastes with-content suspension and could be used for a long time byresidue-stripping bud regeneration processes.
