摘要
本文对灰色局势决策作点滴引伸，结合正交设计对水轮机导叶分段关闭作寻优分析．与一般加权法比较说明，灰色决策法具有算法直观简便、概念清楚和准确度高等特点．
Based on the analysis on optimizing for two-shage shut offpattern of water-turbine, partial extends were made on grey decision in combination with the design or upright intersect in the paper. Conparcd with weightedmethod, the algorithm of grey decision is characteristic of perception,simplicity, clear conception and high accuracy.
