摘要
本文对河流梯级开发方案选择提出了最优灰色决策．用灰色统计法建立各方案的多层次统计矩阵，然后进行多目标灰色综合决策，确定最优方案．
The optimum grey decision is proposed for step development ofstream in this paper. And then, multilevel statistical matrix is set up using greystatistical method, also the optimum plan is dctcrmincd through multi-obkctivesynthetical grey decision.
