摘要
以丰满水库为背景,提出了一类求解水库防洪调度的协商模型.该模型以水库防洪调度的多目标决策模型为基础,由下级决策部门向上级机关提供满意方案信息,然后由上级机关依据两阶段满意规划方法求得理想协商解,再由模糊识别方法确定决策方案.文中最后以实例说明.
Reservoir flood operation is a decision made with multi-authorities. A bargaining model on reservoir flood operation is presented based on Fengman Reservoir. In the model,satisfying alternatives are determined and recommended with the upper authority according to the model of reservoir flood operation with multiobject,ideal bargaining solutinn is gained by the two -stage satisfying programming and final alternative of decision made is choosed with fuzzy recognition. Finally,a case study is given out.
