The Effect of Selenium Levels of Feed on Selenium in Tissue Organ of piglets and the Density of other Mineral Elements

本文介绍的试验,用分组对比的方法研究不同饲粮硒水平对仔猪血清、肝脏、肾脏、心脏、肌肉和被毛中的硒浓度及这些组织和骨骼中的锰、铜、锌、铁、钙和镁浓度的影响。结果表明:饲粮硒水平与组织硒浓度呈高度正相关(r=0.93,P<0.01);仔猪对硒的利用存在生理阈值;硒与其他矿物元素在代谢上可能存在一定关系。

The experiment introduced in this article is to study the effect of selenium levels of different on selenium density in serum, liver, kidney, heart, musole and pigskin and hair as well as the density of manganesle, copper, zinc, iron, calcium and magnesium in these tissues and bones by dividing piglels into groups and contrast. The result shows that the selenium level of feed is highly positively related to the selenium clensity of tissues (r=0.93, P< 0.01). Selenium is used for piglets to have physiological threshold. A certain relationship may exist between selenium and other mineral elements in metabolsm.
