摘要
试验结果表明:尖晶石型、钙钛矿型、石榴石型、磁铅石型等磁性氧化物都有催化氧化作用,能把白酒蒸汽中的少量醛基化合物氧化成羧酸,减少初酿新酒中的辛辣刺激味,可以大大缩短新酒的老熟贮存期。
The results of experiment show that some Magnetic Oxides may play a role of oxidative Catalysis in Chinese drinking liquor in which small amount of Aldehyde group compounds can be oxidized to carboxylic acids to decrease the hot and pungent taste in liquor so that the period of storage for maturing the newly brewed liquor may be greatly shortened.
