从价值工程的应用看目前的旅馆业

Looking at the Present Hotel Industry from the Use of Value Engineering

本文运用价值工程的原理对目前我国的旅馆业进行了分析,指出其存在的问题、原因及解决方法——价值工程的应用。同时阐述了当前旅馆业发展中高档过剩,中低档不足的原因。认为要提高旅馆的价值,必须打破“等级制”和“一刀切”的经营思想。

In this article, the author analyses the present hotel industry in our country and points our the existing problems,the causes and the method of solving them by using the principle of the value engineering. Besides, he gives reasons why top-grade hotels are excessive and lower or middle-grade ones are not enough in the development of the hotel industry at present, thinking that to improve the value of hotels, the ideas of management—the'grade system'and the'treatment in the same way'mUst be cleared away.
