原子吸收法测定血浆铜、锌、钙、镁

Determination of Copper,Zinc,Calcium and Magnesium in Plasma by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy

摘要 血浆用去离子水稀释10倍,配以Cu、Zn标准的4%甘油溶液,测定Cu、Zn,血浆用0.1%La和1%HCl溶液稀释50倍,配以Ca、Mg标准的0.1%La和1%HCl溶液,测定Ca、Mg。这样0.60ml血浆(约3ml血液),以空气/乙炔火焰原子吸收法可完成Cu、Zn、Ca和Mg的测定。质量评估试验结果表明,该法简便、灵敏、准确,血样利用合理,适用于临床检验和病理研究中开展血液里多组份内多元素的测定。 For the determination of copper and zine in human plasma,the plasma sample is diluted tenfold with deminized water and glycerine is added will amount to four percent in the standard solution of copper and zinc,and for the determination of calcium and magnesium in plasma,the plasma sample is diluted fiftyfold with the solution of hydrochloric acid of one percent and lanthanum of point one percent and the standard solution of calcium and magnesium contains hydrochloric acid of ond percent and lanthanum of point one percent. then copper, zinc, calcium and magnesium in plasma are determined by air-acetylence flame atomic absorption spectroscopy.The experimental results of evoluating this method show it's simple and easy, rapid and accurate,the blood samples used are rational and full and can be applied to medical examination and pathologic tests.
