盒形型腔模填充形态的研究

摘要 本文以水和异丙醇等液体试验为基础,通过对透明塑料制成的模具内着色的液体高速摄制的照片,研究了盒形型腔模的液体填充形态.采用逐渐变薄的横浇道和沿整个宽度的内浇口,通过改变盒形件壁厚、内浇口尺寸和速度,得出了敞开式整体前沿的连续液流能减少盒形型腔内的湍流、空气卷入和避免过早地封住排气道.指出了可通过控制填充速度,使有封闭前沿的断续液流不再形成而获得满意的盒形零件.实际生产的零件证实了用液体模拟的试验方法是有效的.作者还对填充过程中的撞击型芯产生的严重湍流和气体的卷入,进行了观测与分析. This paper is based on the expermental observation of fluid flow coloured in die cavity, by means of the photoes of fluid flow in the transparent plastic dies, the fluid filling formations of box-cacity dies have been researched.Using some methods and changing the cavity thickness, and gate dimension and gate velocity, the continuous whole fluid-front flow is obtained to avoid earlier aeal vents. The filling speed is controlled properly to gain the ideal filling condition and the satisfactory box-parts. The efficient testing method of fluid simulation has been verified through the parts produced.Otherwise, the investigation and analyses of the strong vortices and air entrance, which caused by impulsing core in filling coures, also have been carried out.
