摘要
本文叙述了一种消除录音电机噪声用的环形ZnO消噪型压敏电阻器的研制过程,着重从产品设计、资料配方、主要工艺进行了粗浅的探讨,分析了影响消噪型压敏电阻器电气参数和工作特性的诸因素,并将半导体扩散理论引入到压敏电阻器的研制中.
The paper represents the research and manufacturing for the zinc oxide varistor which is applied to eliminating noise of the recording electromotor, and gives emphasis on the design of product, Filling the ceramic prescription and primary technology. Some key factors were analysed which inflence the electric parameters and the working characteristics of a varistor. Moreover, the theory of semeconductor-proliferation is used for its research and manufacturing.
