Trial Operation of the Monitor-on-line for Thrust Bearings of Hydraulic Generators

利用电涡流位移传感器测量水轮发电机组推力轴承油膜厚度这一原理.研制了在线监测仪.通过试运行,证实监测仪性能优良.可满足水轮发电机组推力轴承运行在线监测的要求.

Using the principle that the oil film thickness of the thrust bearings of hydraulic generators is measured by the electric eddy displacement transducers, the authors develop the monitor-on-line. It has been proved that the monitor's characteristics are so good that the observation-on-line requirements of thrust bearings of hydraulic generators can be met through trial operation.
