摘要 吸头清淤装置系统是主要适用于中小型水库泥沙处理的水库清淤系统,该装置的结构主要包括顺次连接的吸头、水库内软管及水库外输沙管,库外输沙管末端设一阀门以控制流量.根据试验研究成果,着重探讨了该系统的基本组成部分即吸头的结构设计,也就是最优吸头参数选择问题,并就该装置系统的输沙管道长度、管径以及系统工作水头等因素对系统清淤效率的影响进行了分析.通过分析,表明吸头清淤装置系统具有以下特点,如结构简单,操作灵便,清淤时耗水量小,又不需提供其他动力,而是利用水库水体的能量进行工作,可作为发展中国家和地区解决中小型水库淤积问题的技术措施. In this paper, Suction Head System, a new technique for sediment removal fromreservoirs, mainly from small or medium reservoirs, was introduced. Following discussing theworking mechanism of this system, the design of the suction head, the major part of this system,i. e. the selection of the optimum suction head parameters was dealt with in this paper, based onthe results of experimental research. Also, the effects of the pipe length, pipe diameter, and theworking head of the system on the system performance in desilting were discussed. It is indicatedthat this suction head system is quite simple, not only in structure, but also in operation. More-over, there is no need for additional power for system operation, and the system works quite wellonly by using the energy head of water in reservoirs. Therefore, Suction Head System is apromising technique for sediment removal from small or medium reservoirs, especially in develop-ing countries and regions.
