Technological Measures Adopted to Solve the Regulating Guarantee Problem for the Cascade Hydroelectric Power Stations on the Xi-er River in Yunnan Province

摘要 装设反击式水轮机的长引水系统水电站,为解决压力上升率和转达上升率这对相互制约的矛盾,可分别采用调压井、调压阀,合理确定上升率指标,以及充分发挥制造厂的技术优势和保证作用等措施来解决.西洱河梯极电站,根据四座电站各自情况,分别采用了不同方式来解决这个问题,可供工程设计参考. In construction of a hydroelectric power project with a long power tunnel system, equipped with reaction turbines, different measures can be taken to resolve the contradiction betweenpressure rise rate and speed rise rate. These measures include provision of a surge shaft or a pressureregulat1ng valve, reasonable determination of rise rate indexes, and giving full play to the superiorityof the manufacture and its guarantee. In construction of the four cascade hydroelectric power projectson the Xi-er river in Yunnan Province of China, different measures has been adopted to resolve thiscontradiction according to the different conditions of the projects, which can give a reference to thedesign of other hydroelectric power projects.
