运用农村移民生产发展规划的理论，总结了水库移民安置区生产发展规划的实践，探讨了移民生产发展规划原则、方法及内容，提出了农业生产用地合理结构的确定以及种植、林果、畜牧、水产业生产发展规划具体模型和基本原则，以及作为移民发展二、三产业投资项目规划的步骤及模型。

Based on the theory of production development planning for country resettlement,a principle and method of resettlement production development planning is provided. How to decide the reasonal structure of land for the agricultural production and many models of production development planning such as planting scheme,foresting and fruiting scheme and animal and sea production scheme are developed. A models of the planning of investment project for resettlement to develop the second and the third production is given.
