摘要
本文对裸露悬空管道在稳定流中的振动现象进行了实验研究.通过对不同管径、不同跨长、不同边界条件的11组模型在不同流速下的试验,得出管道产生涡激振动时诸参数(跨长、管道结构特性、管道与土壤之间相互作用及水流特性等)间的关系.运用尾流振子数学模型进行计算结果表明:实验与计算是吻合的.提出了防止管道疲劳破坏的条件,这对于穿越河流管道的设计和现有管道的加固有现实意义.
This paper deals with an experimental study on the vibration of bare suspended pipeline in steady currents.The experiments including I I series models with different pipe diameters,different suspended lengths,and diftbrent boundary condition in various current velocities.The relationship between various parameters(suspended length,pipeline structural features,interaction between pipeline and soil,flow characteristics etc.)causing vortex--excited vibration of the pipeline was established.A calculation of the mathematical model of the wake oscilators was carried out.The results indicate the calculation is well agree with the experiment.The measures to prevent the pipeline from fatigue erosion was proposed.
