摘要
安康水电站中孔采用了大吨电位预应力弯曲锚索。摩擦和锚固损失是影响张拉锚固应力的主要因素。大部分锚束采用直线端一端张拉方式,应力损失较小。张拉锚固工艺流程为:张拉准备→张拉锚固→灌浆。锚索施工建立了一套严格的质量控制体系,保证了锚固质量。
Curved prestressed cables were used for strengthening gate piers at the central span at the Ankang hydropower station.The friction and anchorage losses are the main factors affecting the tensioning and anchorage stresses.Greater part of the prestressed cables were stretched at the straight end to reduce the stress lossesas much as possible.The technological process is:preparation of tensioning-stretching and anchoringgrouting.For quality control a set of rigous rules and regulations was laid down.
