万安溪混凝土面板堆石坝垫层料是利用坚硬的花岗岩人工轧制碎石与风化花岗岩粗砂掺和而成。经过坝面现场试验研究，其物理力学性能良好，可满足垫层料作为传力结构、抗渗第二道防线的要求，而且经济效益显著。这一新技术为垫层料料源开辟了新的途径。

The cushion material of , the Wan'anxi RC-faced rockfill dam is a mixture of the coushed stone of hard granite and the weathered granite coarse sand.
