键槽仿真材料结构模型试验研究

摘要 通过两个大比例尺仿真材料结构模型试验和非线性有限元分析,研究了东江水电站双曲拱坝坝后式引水管道与坝体连接键槽在各组荷载工况下的结构受力特征。依据键槽、缝面钢筋和锚筋在垂直荷载和水平荷载作用下的实测应力数据,分析了混凝土与钢筋之间的联合工作情况和应力分配规律,描述了超载状态下结构的破坏机理,为键槽结构设计提供了参考数据。 Structure loading characteristics of the keyway between the penstock and the dam body of Dongjiang double-curvature arch dam was studied under various operation conditions through two large scale emulated material structure models, and through non-linear finite element analysis. msed on the stresses in the keyway, joint surface and anchors under vertical and horizontal loading, the combined effect of concrete and steel bars was analyzed, stress distribution was derived, methanism of structure failure under over-loadingoperation was studied. This provides structure design of keyways with referent data.
