五强溪水电站大坝混凝土通仓薄层浇筑

摘要 五强溪水电站大坝混凝土采用不分纵缝的通仓薄层浇筑施工新技术,一般坝段通仓面积为1300~1600m2,最大通仓面积(位于船闸坝段)达2178m2。施工中所采用的与通仓薄层浇筑配套的大型高速综合机械化施工的四大系统,以及所采取的混凝土温度控制措施是成功的,达到国内先进水平。 The technique of then-lift and whole-block placement without vertical joints was applied in construction of Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station. The average block area of dam sections was 1300--1600m2. The maximum reached 2178m2, which was located on dam section with the ship lock. It was successful to use four large comprehensive mechanized construction systems which supported the concreting. The temperature control measures of concrete were successfully selected. These achieved international advance.
