陕西省的水电建设和发展

The Hydroelectric Construction and Development of Shaanxi Province

陕西省不但有很丰富的煤炭资源，也有相当丰富的水力资源。本文简要总结了新中国成立以来陕西省境内汉江、黄河两大水电基地和小水电建设的成就和当前存在的问题。初步预测了２０２０年以前陕西电力的发展，指明了陕西水电建设在陕西电网和农村电气化建设中的重要地位和作用，提出了及早采取必要措施努力加快发展陕西水电建设的重要建议。

In Shaanxi Province, there are very rich coal resources, and alsofairly rich waterpower resources. This paper will briefly summarize theachievement of the construction of the upper Han River and YellowRiver Hydroelectric Bases, and also of the construction of sin4ll waterpower stations in the region of Shaanxi Province since the establishmentof new China,as well as their existing problems at present. This paperwill predict the electric power development of Shaanxi Province up to2020, will illustrate the important positions and roles played by the provincial hydroelectric development in the fields of the Shaanxi PowerSystem and Rural Electrification, and alSo will suggest some importantproposals on the neessary measures to be taken up in order to quickenthe steps of the future development of the hydroelectric constructionin Shaanxi Province.
