摘要
本文从地方电网的具体特性出发,建立了相应的日负荷优化分配的目标函数,导出了地方电网日负荷优化分配的等微增率准则,提出了利用电力系统潮流计算和网损计算理论、进行地方电网日负荷最优分配的具体解法。实例计算表明,该方法能有效地降低地方电网有功损耗、减少与大电网电能交换的支出费用(或增加相应的收益),同时克服了单纯在各电站进行负荷分配的不准确弊端(由网损引起的)。
In this paper, the objective function for the allocation of daily load inDistrict Power Network (DPN) is constructed on the basis of the specialcharacter of DPN. The equal incremental discharge criterion for the allocation of daily load in DPN is derived. A solution algorithm that is usedto make optimal allocation of daily load in DPN is advanced by using thetheory of tidal and power-wasted computation in electric power system.An actual calculation shows that this method can not noly reduce thevalue of power-wasted and cost for power energy input of DPN, but alsoovercome the inaccurate disadvantage of the load allocated only amongpower stations (caused by power-wasted of DPN).
