摘要
该文对我国耕地水土流失现状，及耕地退化的影响与根本原因进行了分析。在此基础上，提出了防治耕地水土流失的技术措施。
The present situation,harms and fundamental cause of cultivated land soil and water loss for our country wereanalysed in this paper,Then,the technical measures of contral on Cultivated Land soil and water loss were put for-ward.
