鱼炎宁对嗜水气单胞菌病的防治效果研究

STUDY ON PREVENTIVE AND THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS OF“YUYANLIN”TO AEROMONAS HYDROPHILA DISEASE

鱼炎宁是一种以中西药结合研制而成的新型鱼药。本文报道了该药的体外抑菌试验和体内治疗试验的结果：试验表明鱼炎宁具有高度的抗菌作用，当浓度低到１：５１２０时仍对嗜水气单胞菌有明显的抑菌作用，病菌不能生存。嗜水气单胞菌、荧光极毛杆菌、巴氏杆菌、沙门氏杆菌、葡萄球菌等革兰氏阴性和阳性菌均对鱼炎宁极敏感。体内治疗试验表明，鱼炎宁对鲫鱼嗜水气单胞菌感染的保护率达９３．３３—１００％，具有显著的治疗效果，而且毒性很低。

“yuyanlin”,a new drug which was finely made with the combination of tradition Chinese medicine and western medicine,could effectively prevent and cure bacterial fish disease.By means of baceriostatic test in Vitro and therapeutic test in ViVo,the results indicated that the bacteriostasis of“Yuyanlin”was excellent.When the bacteriostatic concentration droped to 1:5120,“Yuyanlin”,could still restrain Aeromonas hydrophila from subsisting.Aeromonas hydrophila, pseudomonas fluorescens,Pasteurella,Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were extremely sensitive to the drug.Using the drug to cure the fish diseases caused by Aeromonas hydrophila in crucian carp,the protective rate of the diseased fish was high to 93.33～100%,In addtion,its toxicity was tather slight.
