摘要
用70%的热乙醇(75℃)处理普通豆饼30分钟。处理豆饼的粗蛋白和真蛋白含量分别比未处理豆饼低3.1和4.1个百分点。用乙醇处理豆饼或普通豆饼为唯一蛋白来源的饲粮饲喂3周龄断奶仔猪,进行2周试验。结果表明,处理豆饼饲粮的能量、粗蛋白、有机物和干物质的表观消化率均明显高于未处理豆饼饲粮。其中,粗蛋白消化率高13.1个百分点,其他养分高7.6—7.8个百分点。然而,处理豆饼组仔猪的采食量和生长速度均低于未处理豆饼组。
Soybean meal(SBM)is treated for 30'with 70% hot(70℃)alcohol.The treated SBM contains 39.8% crude protein and 38.1% true protein while notreated SBM contains 42.9% and 42.2% respectively.Pigs weaned at 3 weeks old are fed with diets containing treated SBM or no-treated SBM as the sole protein source.The results show that the digestibilities of gross energy, crude protein,organic matter and dry matter of the diets,with treated SBM or no-treated SBM are 86.7,84.8,90.1 and 87.2%,or 79.1,71.7,82.3 and 79.5% respectively.The treated SBM is of low palatability and therefore can not improve piglets’performance.
