摘要
分析了D301A和SFD507型自动缫丝机丝故障切断防止机构的力学原理。该两型机构都具有丝故障松丝停和异常张力松丝停两种功能,克服了以往该装置停生丝张力突增值过大的缺点。
The analyses made on the mechanical principles of the reeling thread breakdown preventers attached to the automatic silk reeling machines D30lA and SFD507 show that both the preventers possess the function of reel self-stop due to loose thread in case of breakdown or abnormal tension,eliminating a sudden excessive tension increment of thread arising from the old preventer in case of reel stop. Therefore, the design and the major parameters are considered rational.
