The Influence of Cocoon Matching Modes upon Raw Silk Size Deviation

分析了随机添绪、比例配茧、塔形配茧三种配茧方式对生丝纤度偏差影响的程度和趋势。提出了配茧方式对生丝纤度偏差的影响随着分层数的增加，程度逐渐降低，速度趋向减缓。降低的程度和减缓的趋势与粒间茧丝纤度及分布的趋同性有关。

Analyses the influence and trend of the three cocoon-matching modes, i. e. random end feeding, proportional cocoon matching and layer-based cocoon matching, upon the size deviation of raw silk. The paper concludes that both the degree and speed of influence decrease gradually with the increase of cocoon layers, relating closely to the size and distribution of raw silk from individual cocoons.
