摘要
本文认为,在工程项目的地震安全性评价中,除了按现行规定外,还应考虑以抗震投资效益极大化的原则,综合确定设防地震动参数。地震危险性分析和震害预测,是实现这一原则的全部技术基础;反过来,该原则又是充分解释这两项技术的社会经济涵义,并使决策科学化。本文勾画了这一过程的数学逻辑关系──地震安全性评价的定量化。本文的观点和方法对合理确定工程项目的设防地震动参数将是很有意义的。
In this paper, we thought the maximum principle of aseismic investment benefit except activeregular. From this,we can synthetically determine the beismic dynamic parameters of seismicdesign. Analysis of seismic hazard and prediction of earthquake disaster are all bases for realizingabove principle. On the contrary, the principle also is the social economic implication to fullyexplain the two items of technique. This can make policy decision scientifically. We expounded therelationship of mathematical logic of the process………………fixed quantity of seismic safetyevaluation. The viewpoint and method introduced in this paper are very significance to rationaldetermination of the seismic dynmic parameters of seismic design.
