摘要
本文应用直接酶标法,在120例乙型肝炎患者肝穿组织中发现13例 HDV 抗原阳性,进一步证实我市有 HDV 感染。本组病例也显示在慢性 HBsAg 携带者中如有重叠 HDV 感染,是造成重症乙型肝炎的原因之一,也是发展成慢性肝炎的一个条件。为此,必须加强对慢性HBsAg 携带者的防治,以阻止 HDV 重叠感染。
Thirteen cases of HDV positive liver cells in 120 types of hepatitis B patients' liver biopsy specimens by direct enzymatic-labelled method were reported.It confir-med further that in Tianjin there was HDV infection,especially in severe hepatitis(18.87%) and also in CAH(5.77%).If chronic HBsAg carriers suffered from HDVinfection,severe hepatitis or CAH might be the result,so management of chroniccarriers by early prophylaxis or treatment was necessary to prevent overlappinginfections.The relation between HBV infection and the superimposed HDV infectionwas discussed in detail.
