正常胃肠和癌变胃肠粘膜凝集素受体的研究

ＦＩＴＣ标记的２０种凝集素与正常和癌变胃肠组织的石蜡切片进行标记，结果表明，ＦＩＴＣ－ＰＮＡ和ＦＩＴＣ－ＬＰＬ对正常胃体和幽门上皮细胞呈阴性反应；ＦＩＴＣ－凝集素与胃癌粘膜细胞反应，以ＰＮＡ、ＬＰＬ阳性率最高，与肠癌粘膜细胞反应，则以ＳＭＬ和ＣＫＬ的阳性率最高。实验揭示了癌变胃肠粘膜与正常胃肠粘膜表面的糖复合物各不相同，导致与凝集素结合反应的强度也不相同。

Paraffin sections of normal/carcinoma gastroenteric tissue were labled with 20 kinds FITC- lectins. The results are as following :PNA and LPL give negative reaction with normal gastric tissue and pylorusepithelia cells.PNA and LPL give the highest positive rate in the reaction with the mucous cells of gastric caqcer ,and the SML and CKL give highest positive rate in the reaction with the mucous cells of intestinal cancer. These results suggest that the glycoconjugates on carcinoma and normal gastroenteric tissues are different,which lead to their different reactive activity to lectins.
