摘要
在适当的酸度下,利用盐酸普鲁卡因与硫氰酸钴铵形成稳定的离子对缔合物。通过测定其中金属离子钴,来间接测定盐酸普鲁卡因的含量。研究了该离子对缔合物的形成及其萃取条件。采用国产摄谱仪进行测定.数理统计结果表明,本法对实际样品的测定结果与药典法无显著性差异。
new procedure for the determination of Procaini Hydrochlordi in Injectio Procaini Hydrochloridi by ion pair extraction and atomic emission spectrometry is described. Procaine reacts with inorganic complex tetrathiocyanate Cobalt(Ⅱ ) to form a stable ion pair associate complex at pH4.5. The optimum condition of the formation of ion pair one is studied. When 1.2-dichloroethane is used as extraction solvent , the experiment result obtained is the best. In this way,the resunlt of determination is the same as described in Chinese Medicine Dictionary. The relative error is0.41%, the relative standard deviation of single determination is0.88%。The new method is dependable and applicable.
