Fracture and Displacement of Inferior Turbinate——A Hew Procedure for Treating Chronic Hypertrophic Rhinitis

本文介绍一种治疗慢性肥大性鼻炎的新型手术方法——下鼻甲骨折移位术,并结合临床资料做对照分析。从术后住院天数,术后远期疗效观察和术后并发症的发生率来看,此术较常规的下鼻甲粘膜部分切除术为优。因其可扩大中鼻道和总鼻道,改善鼻腔通气功能,不损伤或极少损伤鼻粘膜,保护粘膜的湿热调节和清洁保护功能,故可视为生理性手术。此术操作简便,效果良好,适于推广。

A new surgical technique for chronic hypertrophic rhinitis-fracture and displacement of the inferior turbinate is reported.Analysis of the clinical data shows that fracture and displacement of the inferior turbinate is superior to partial inferiorturbinectomy in terms of hospitalization,postoperation course and morbidity.Ex-pansion of the middle and common nasal meatus,improvement of ventilation of thenasal cavity with little trauma to mucosa preservation of the function of humidifi-cation,heat exchange and filtration of nasal mucous membrane are att(?)ined throughthe procedure.Therefore,the procedure is a physiological one,simple in manipula-tion,and hence is worth-while to be popularized as the result of the series wasgood.
