甲状腺激素与钠泵关系的研究

Relationship Between Thyroid Hormones and Sodium Pump

为了探讨红细胞膜 Na^++K^+-ATP 酶活性与血清 TSH、T_4、T_3、rT_3之间的关系,我们选择了47例甲亢患者。结果表明:患者 Na^++K^+-ATP 酶活性明显减低(0.144±0.11μM/mg/h),与对照组(0.31±0.118)比较,P<0.01。除 TSH 属正常范围外,T_4、T_3、rT_3均高于正常。酶与甲状腺激素之间无相关,即二者水平的改变程度无规律性。TSHr=0.10(P>0.2),T_4r=0.14(P>0.2),T_3r=0.19(P>0.1),rT_3r=0.15(P>0.2)。

In order to explore the relationship between plasma TSH,T_4,T_3;rT_3 and red cellmembrane Na^++K^+-ATPase activity,47 patients with hyperthyroidism were studied.The result showed that Na^++K^+-ATPase activity decreased markedly(0.144±0.11 μM/mg/h,P<0.01,as compared with the control(0.31±0.118),and T_4,T_3,rT_3increased.There was no correlation among the enzyme and the thyroid hormones,r=0.10(P>0.2)for TSH,r=0.14(P>0.2)for T_4,r=0.19(P>0.1)for T_3,r=0.15(P>0.2)for rT_3.
