摘要
本研究选用了来自四川不同生态地区的７４个大豆地方品种为材料，利用主成份分析评价了四川大豆地方品种的综合性状，测定了各地方品种主要数量性状上的遗传距离，根据遗传距离的大小利用类平均法将７４个大豆地方品种聚为８类。同一类内品种间的遗传距离较近，类间的遗传距离大；但这种差异与品种地理上的差异并不一致。
local soybean varieties from different ecological regions of sichuan were tested in this study. Synthetical trait of soybean variety was evaluated by means of the principal component analysis. Genetic divergence of quantitative characters were appraised in tested varieties. 74 local soybean varieties of sichuan were clustered into eight classes on the basis of genetic distance. Meamwhile results showed that the genetic distance between clusters were much lager than witnin the cluster, but such difference has no direct connection with geographical distribution.
