摘要
本文进行了革胡子鲶消化系统的大体形态及显微结构初步研究。革胡子鲶食道较一般鲤科鱼长,食道上皮除复层扁平上皮外,还有复层柱状和单层柱状上皮,上皮中有嗜酸性细胞。胃明显,贲门部和胃底部固有膜中有胃腺,由单一的细胞构成。肠较短,肠上皮主要有柱状细胞和杯状细胞,其间有分散的嗜酸性颗粒细胞。肠壁肌层均由平滑肌构成。肝左右二叶,胰为弥散型。
The anatomy and histology of the digestive system of Clarias lazera has been studied. The oesophagus of clarias lazera is longer than that of any other cyprinid fishes. In the oesophagus epithlium, besides the stratified squamous epithelium, there is a stratified columnar and simple columnar epithelium, The eosinophilic cells are distributed in the oesophagus epithelium.The stomch is clearly distinguishable. The gastric glands comprised of all similar cells are present in the cardic and fundic portion.The intestine is short. The intestine epithelium consists of columnar ceils, goblet cells and cells rich with eosinophilic granules. The tunica muscularies of the intestine is tatally smooth muscle. The liver can be divided into two lobes. The pancrease is diffused.
