DURATION-OF-IMMUNITY STUDY IN DOGS OF RABIES LIVE VACCINE (HEP/BHK_(21))

应用效价为１０（－４．５０）ＭＩＣＬＤ（５０）／０．０３ｍｌ的狂犬病ＨＥＰ／ＢＨＫ（２１）活毒疫苗免疫犬后，对免疫前和免疫后１、３、６、１２、３０个月血样进行了血清学评价和免疫原性分析。１５只犬免疫１月后，血清抗体全部阳转，６６％的犬在３０个月后抗体仍维持在一个较高水平。免疫１年后９０％以上的动物能够得到保护。统计表明，不同地区、不同性别、不同年龄的犬免疫反应无显著差异，但三月龄以下犬反应欠佳。

A rabies live vaccine(HEP/BHK21) was tested in dogs to determine,its duration of immnnity and immunogenicity. Dogs were vaccinated intramuscularly with a field dose of vaccine which was 10-4. 50mouse intercerebral median lethal doses per0. 03ml. Blood samples were collected for serologic evaluation and immunogenicity test before inoculation and at 1; 3,6, 12, 30 months after vaccination. 15 dogs produced high titer antibodies against rabies virus at 1 month after vaccination 66% of degs had high antibody titer at 30 months post-vaccination.A result of serumneutralization showed that 85% of dogs could be protected at 1 year after vaccination.The resuets of the present study indicated there was no distinst different antibody response in dogs of different area,sex and age, except pups.
