摘要 4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)与Fe2+生成红色水溶性化合物。最大吸收峰为500nm和715nm,用715nm作工作波长可提高选择性。线性范围0~71.6umol/L,表现摩尔吸光系数为2.48×104Lmol-1cm-1ψ=0.9996,测定48例健康成人血清铁X19.93umol/L,正常参考值范围为11.8~28.0μmol/L,平均回收率为100.2%,批内CV为2.4%,批间CV为4.2%,与微机示波极谱法比较结果无差别(P>0.05)。该法灵敏、准确、选择性高,血清用血量少,不必除去蛋白,操作简单快速。 pyridyazo) resorcinol and iron will produce a red soluble compound.The maximum absorption wavelength was 500 nm and 715nm. Absortion coefficient was 2. 48×104 L. mol-1·cm-1,and correlative coefficient was 0. 9996.According to determinat 48 case of healthy adults,the results shows that the mean was 19.93 μmol/L. thenormal reference value was 11.8 to 28.0 umol/L,average of recovery rate was 100.2%,coefficient of variation in same sample was 2.4% and coefficient of variation in different sample was 4.2%,compared with computered osillograph polarography. The results showed no statistical difference (P>0.05).The method was a sensible. precise,distinctive one, need a small amount of sample, not necessary to get rid of protein, and the operation was simple andquick.
