本文在比较姜华彪关于Ｆｕｚｚｙ数列收敛的定义与罗承忠等关于Ｆｕｚｚｙ函数列收敛定义的基础上，给出了Ｆｕｚｚｙ数列收敛的充分必要条件，Ｆｕｚｚｙ收敛数列的若干性质及其运算法则．

In this paper,we redefine convergence of sequence of fuzzy numbers and discuss the necessary and sufficient conditions under which the sequences of fuzzy numbers are convergent.We also obtain some properties and operational rules of convergent sequences of fuzzy numbers.
