铂电极上苯甲酸钠电化学吸附的SNIFTIRS研究

摘要 用SNIFTIRS方法研究了苯甲酸钠在铂电极上发生KOBLE反应前的吸附行为.实验结果表明,负电势增加,苯甲酸钠分子垂直吸附在电极表面的量增加;正电势增加,苯甲酸钠分子平躺吸附在电极表面的量增加.苯甲酸分子吸附取向的改变导致了电极表面水分子吸附取向发生与其相同的变化,并发现在电极表面附近存在苯甲酸与苯甲酸钠的平衡. The paper reports a study of the electro- chemical behaviours of sodium benzoate onPt·electrode before its electro chemical reaction by means of SNIFTIRS (Subtractivel)Normalized Interfa-cial FTIR Spectroscopy).The experimental results show that the perpendicular adsorption of sodium ben- zoate to the surface of the Pt electrode tends to increase when the negative potential increases,and that theparallel adsortion of sodium benzoate to the same surface increases when the potential is more positive.Thechange in adsorption direction of benzoate leads to the similar change in the adsorption direction of water onthe surface of Pt electrode,It is also discovered that there is an equilibrium between benzoate and henzoic acidnear the surface of Pt electrode.
