落叶松水浸提物所含单宁组分的分离和鉴定 被引量:1

摘要 本文用葡聚糖凝胶(SephadexLH—20)分离落叶松树皮水浸提物,得到的三个化合物经经典化学鉴定及光谱鉴定,已证实:(1)化合物A为与单宁相伴的基础物质—(2R.3S)—儿茶素即(+)—儿茶素;(2)化合物quer可能为槲皮素;(3)化合物P为多聚儿茶素,由FAB—MS直接证明分子量较大,经红外和^(13)CNMR测定,数均分子量1000左右,含儿茶素单体的平均数为3—4,单体间联接位置为C4—C8位,杂环C上以反式构型为主。 The sample of this bark used in the experiment was collected from Yakeshi in Neimenggu of China.The experiment was operated according to the selected procedure.A series of fractions were obtained of which three were simple components. Their chemical properties and spectral data indicated that: 1. Compound A (from fraction 1) is (2R, 3S)-catechin, that is, (+)-catechin; 2. Compound Quer (from fraction 3-A) may be. quercetin; 3. Compound P (from fraction 4.5)possesses a proof that number-average molecular weight shows larger by FAB-MS, approximately 1000 via IR and ^(13)CNMR determination.P is just based on the struct re of oligocatechin. Mean catechin units number 3-4, which are linked in C (4)-C(8).The heterocyclic ring stereochemistry has prodominantly trans-configuration.
