摘要
通过二滩水电站“９３８２６”和“９３８３０”两次大洪水的暴雨天气系统。对流域内（主要是泸～小区间）和邻边台站降雨时空分布及其成因作了系统分析。并对水情预报与工程防汛抗洪措施进行了初步，总结，从而进一步认识水文气象预报在水电站工程防汛抗洪工作中的参谋作用。
According to storm weather system during two strom flood in “ 26/8/93”and “ 30/8/93”at ErtanProject,rainfall distribution in time and space and the genetic are sysmatically analyzed in baxin and adjacentstations· Precipitation regimen and measures for flood fighting analyzed.Therefore,hydrology and meteorlogyforecast is very advisable in flood fighting and control at waterpower project.
