摘要
本文介绍了向日葵盘中含有低酯果胶,果胶的分子结构,果胶分为高酯果胶和低酯果胶。从向日葵盘中提取低酯果胶,不仅可满足食品、医药工业中的一部分需要,还可以变废为宝。笔者通过实验较详细介绍从向日葵盘中提取低酯果胶的原理和真空浓缩乙醇沉淀法及铜盐沉淀离子交换法二种工艺方法及工艺流程,并获得17%的收率。同时对工艺中几种条件下提出了讨论。文章最后叙述了低酯果胶在食品、医药工业中的广泛应用。
This article has presented that there is low ester pectin contained in the tray of sunflower; molecular structure of the pcctin; the pectin is divided into 2 kinds: high ester pectin and low ester one. To abstract low ester pectin from the tray of sunflower, will not only meet part requirement of medicine and foodstuff industries, but also will make full use of waste materials. Two teChnological methods and processes including the method of alcohol depression after vacuum enrich, and the method of cupric salt depression ion exchange, as well as the principle of abstract low ester prctin from the tray of sunflower have been introduced in detail through experiment. 17% of earning rate will be gotten. And, the article had discussed the technology under a few Of conditions. At last, the article has introduced the widely usage of the low ester pectin in medicine and foodstuff industries.
