本文以三牙轮钻头的台架试验和油气田现场试验的效果为依据,探讨三牙轮钻头的改进方向。沙及学术上长期争议的国外钻头与国内钻头在轨迹设计上的差异,剖析轴偏移和角偏移的异同处。对轴承密封,牙轮锁紧,喷嘴安装等也有新的意向。

In this paper, on the basis of the results obtained from the bench and field tests of the three roller bit, its improving direction is approached. It related to the difference In trace design between the domestic bit and the foreign one-a disputed problem in sphere of learning over a long period of time, and to the difference in analyzing the axial and angular offsets. There is also a new Intention on bearing’s seal, roller’s locking and nozzle’s mounting.
